If you are a consumer in the European Union, your purchase is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under EU law (Directive (EU) 2019/771), as implemented in your country's national law. This is a statutory right and applies in addition to our own 30-day returns policy.
What the legal guarantee covers
Products must match their description, be fit for their intended purpose, and show the quality and performance that are normal for products of the same type. If a product you receive does not conform, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity, free of charge, through repair or replacement. If that is not possible or is not carried out within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to you, you may be entitled to a proportionate price reduction or a refund.
How long it lasts
The legal guarantee lasts at least two years from the delivery of your product. Some EU countries give consumers longer protection under their national law; nothing on this page limits those longer rights.
